1. According to the General Designer’s recommendations of the Supplier has the right to change the mentioned the quality of the vendor items and aggregates installed on the helicopter with the prior agreement with the Customer.
2. The Supplier reserves the right to replace the specified items with equivalent ones, with same or better technical and operational characteristics than those above listed with the prior agreement with the Customer.
